Analysis of Microbial Diversity in Various Forest Communities by Biolog Ecoplate Method: Yenice Hot Spot

چکیده
The present study identifies the hot spot of Yenice and aims to determine tree diversity in Fagus-Abies, Fagus Quercus-Fagus forests, define microbial community these forests by Biolog-Ecoplate method reveal physiological profile differences at level between forests. Accordingly, soil samples were taken from predefined different communities was analyzed using Biolog EcoPlate method. In addition, cover-proportion values species determined according Braun-Blanquet As a results, has been as Fagus-Abies (3.0033 ± 0.006), (1.2267 0.006) (1.1267 0.012), highest lowest, respectively. On other hand, fact that carbon sources forest quite high use phosphate is seen only this type significant. study, Ecoplate applied for first time among communities. results obtained clearly show practicability effectiveness Meanwhile, determination will contribute development new strategies establishing ecosystem protection practices.

Analysis of BIOLOG GN Substrate Utilization Patterns by Microbial Communities.
BIOLOG GN plates are increasingly used to characterize microbial communities by determining the ability of the communities to oxidize various carbon sources. Studies were done to determine whether the BIOLOG GN plate assay accurately reflects the catabolic potential of the inoculum used. To gain insight into which populations of microbial communities contribute to the BIOLOG patterns, denaturin...
متن کاملCoincident scales of forest feedback on climate and conservation in a diversity hot spot.
The dynamic relationship between vegetation and climate is now widely acknowledged. Climate influences the distribution of vegetation; and through a number of feedback mechanisms vegetation affects climate. This implies that land-use changes such as deforestation will have climatic consequences. However, the spatial scales at which such feedbacks occur remain largely unknown. Here, we use a lar...
متن کاملBiodiversity hot spot on a hot spot: novel extremophile diversity in Hawaiian fumaroles
Fumaroles (steam vents) are the most common, yet least understood, microbial habitat in terrestrial geothermal settings. Long believed too extreme for life, recent advances in sample collection and DNA extraction methods have found that fumarole deposits and subsurface waters harbor a considerable diversity of viable microbes. In this study, we applied culture-independent molecular methods to e...
متن کاملDistinctive Tropical Forest Variants Have Unique Soil Microbial Communities, But Not Always Low Microbial Diversity
There has been little study of whether different variants of tropical rainforest have distinct soil microbial communities and levels of diversity. We compared bacterial and fungal community composition and diversity between primary mixed dipterocarp, secondary mixed dipterocarp, white sand heath, inland heath, and peat swamp forests in Brunei Darussalam, Northwest Borneo by analyzing Illumina M...
متن کاملThe Application of the Biolog EcoPlate Approach in Ecotoxicological Evaluation of Dairy Sewage Sludge
An increasing amount of sewage sludge requires reasonable management, whereas its storage might be environmentally hazardous. Due to the organic matter and nutrient presence in sediments, it may be used as organic fertilizer. However, beyond the valuable contests, sewage sludge can also contain toxic or dangerous ingredients like heavy metals. Therefore, there is a need to develop methods for r...
